  • What shipping options are available at Legacy Vitamins? How long does shipping take?

    We offer free standard shipping (2-5 days) on all Subscription orders within Sweden.
  • Additional shipping options within Sweden:

    We are currently working on expanding our shipping options.
  • International Shipments:

    We offer a flat rate of 150 SEK with UPS Standard on all shipments within Europe.
  • When will my order be shipped?

    Orders placed before 12 pm CET Monday-Friday will be processed same-day. All other orders placed after 12 pm CET will be processed the following business day.
  • How do returns work?

    To start a return, please email us at support@takelegacy.com and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.

    We can only accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, we will gladly offer a full refund to the original form of payment. Provided that your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you receive your item in a flawed condition you have the right to, within reasonable time, return your item and receive a new one or a full refund.
  • How long do returns take to process?

    Please allow approximately three weeks for us to process your return. Once processed, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
